What is a Nordic Founding Partner?
Being a Founding Partner means you represent Experience Management Community in your country. You’re not a reseller and you’re not a franchisee – you’re a collaborator and co-builder of a Nordic CX movement, with full support from the EXMC team.
Your role is to inspire, connect and activate.
Your focus is people, conversations, content, local relevance and growing engagement.
Our role is to support, equip and amplify.
We take care of administration, invoicing, marketing, content, tech setup and overall brand and everything behind the scenes.
Together we strategise.
We co-create the online content and plan campaigns and themes together.

In practice, this usually means: 4 Premium gatherings a year, light weekly presence on LinkedIn and on the community platform, and a few focused outreach sprints when we launch campaigns or the Summit.
WHAT MAKES A GREAT PARTNER
We choose based on character, credibility and chemistry.
The ideal partner is someone who:
Has worked with CX (preferably in-house or through academia/consulting)
Is comfortable building relationships and promoting ideas
Is excited about shaping CX conversations in their country
Can host gatherings with confidence
Wants to become the visible CX voice for Sweden, Norway or Finland across the Nordics
Believes in collaboration across borders
Can work alone or in a duo, alongside their current role
You don’t need a big team or a big budget. You need credibility, curiosity and the desire to grow something meaningful.
Premium Memberships
You earn 70% of every Premium membership sold in your country.
Example: 20 Premium members in your country at 15,000 DKK each = 300,000 DKK total revenue → 210,000 DKK to you.

You earn 40% of Online memberships sold in your country.
Example: 100 Online members at 2,500 DKK each = 250,000 DKK total revenue → 100,000 DKK to you.
